What we collect

SlayHost stores your email address, a scrambled form of your password, your orders and invoices, payment references, the IP address you used when accepting our terms, and details of your servers. We don't see or store your card or PayPal login details.

Who it's shared with

• PayPal, if you pay with PayPal, to process your payment.
• Our infrastructure provider, to run your server. Your server's data and network activity are held on its systems.
• Our email provider, to send you account and billing messages.
• Google Fonts, which provides this site's typeface and receives your IP address when pages load.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your information.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. It's required for your account to work.

How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server data is deleted when a server is cancelled.
